Episode 92: Articles of Hustle
Is there such a thing as a prison uniform? Turns out, it takes two podcasts to answer that question. Nigel and Earlonne team up with Avery Trufelman from the Radiotopia pod Articles of Interest to find out why incarcerated people wear what they do, and how they make it their own.
Thanks to Derrell Sadiq Davis and Tony Tafoya, as well as Vernon Evans, Miguel Sifuentes, Reginald Thorpe, Orlando “O.” Smith, Michael Moore, Derrick Gray, Jermaine Cash, William Harris, Alice Jones, Navion Starks, Akem HaruHumona, Michael Adams, Steven Wright, Patty Matlock, Henok Raphael, Luis Miquel Rodriguez-Ponce, and Joshua Strange for talking to us out on the yard at San Quentin.
